We had a little party at the park that night for his birthday. We kept it pretty low key and just invited a couple friends and had some grilled hot dogs and a little potluck.
Trent decided to make them bacon wrapped hot dogs... cause if you're gonna eat a hot dog might as well wrap it in bacon right?
I made Tru an elephant cake and I have to say that I'm pretty impressed that it actually looked like an elephant.
He loved it which made me feel even better. I'm so happy that it's easy to please little kids like this!

I can't believe he's already 2~! That means my baby is getting closer to 2. He's such a cutie. Love the cake! Man...your simple birthday is like one of my complicated ones. How did those bacon dogs taste? I would never have thought to do that!
