Last day of being chemo free...

Wow... I can't believe it's here!!! I've been waiting so long to start chemo!! I realize how crazy that sounds, but seriously... it's been a long time! I suddenly feel like I've run out of time and am frantically trying to get things organized and ready. My last day to get everything in place before chemo starts...

We went to three stores this morning. I hate shopping. I hope that we are good and stocked up for a while. The goal was to get everything bought and in the house and then have everything put away and cleaned up before Tru's nap. Things were looking pretty good... until Tru decided to stick his whole arm up the tail pipe of the truck!!!

Ya, getting everything covered in black, nasty, soot was not on the list for today! It required a full scrub down... and you know my bathroom was the only place that I had already cleaned and sterilized!?!? Now it's covered in soot.

I'm not going to get ahead, I realize this... that's what life with a two year old is like...

But I'm going to spend the rest of the day trying!!

PAH HA HA!! Oh my goodness... I can't help but laugh. Why is that when I try to have a "get things done day", that also seems to be the day that my kids are always 4 steps ahead of me, demolishing any hope for completing my goals!

ha ha ha Oh goodness. And a tail pipe!? That's funny stuff.

I hope you got some of the things on your list done. That is the truth about 2 year olds but I will add it's the truth with 3 & 4 year olds too. I am so happy for you - I know that sounds weird but it has been a long time in coming and I am sure you are just ready to get it going. You are in my prayers. See ya!!
