More crazy Tru stories...

Sorry for all the crazy Tru stories... but he is on one lately!!! He's giving me a run for my money, and I want to remember these nutty things this boy of mine does.

About a week ago I was really tired from running that morning so I laid down on the couch for a minute and closed my eyes. Tru came over to me and started to run his fingers through my hair. "Oh that's so cute!" I thought... he was being very soft and sweet. So I opened my eyes to look at him and I see this...

... above my head!!! He was getting ready to give me a haircut! Little stinker! I screamed, I'm glad that my eye didn't get poked out in the process. No more laying down and no more leaving the sewing scissors around (I'm pretty sure that they were on my sewing table, out of reach... but nothing is out of reach anymore is it!)

Then last night I was trying to plug in my computer and the cord wouldn't work. I couldn't figure out why it wasn't charging. I changed outlets, I messed around with jiggling the plug part... then I saw what happened.

I guess when Tru isn't biting other children he's just biting electronic cords!!! So a mere $70 later... I have a new cord.
He really is a sweet child... I promise!

Well, we used to tell Megan stories! Barbie feet and belts might be cheaper than computer cords. Both of you make me laugh - but it is dang frustrating!

I was going to say...I wonder where he gets the "chewing" trait from? LOL Gotta love what these kids get into!

I also love Tru stories and having him over. Thanks again for bring him to play with Jane. We both got a lot done while he was here.

Love the Tru stories! But...what if by a small chance...it was Trent who bit the cord? :)

Too funny - he is always going, going, going. Let's hope our boys will put all their energy into great things in the future!!

I'm really glad you opened your eyes! Otherwise you might have had to go for a pixy. He's darling anyway. It's kids like him that keep you active and healthy!
