So I took it back and started looking for a dress that would work and that I loved. I went over to J Crew to look at what they had... hoping for a clearance miracle! There was no clearance miracle, but I did find this beauty...
... for $268!!! A little more than I wanted to spend.
Then the clearance miracle happened... I checked out what they had over at Down East and look what I found...
Yes!! The same dress (or you know, extremely similar.) I called my sister in law to see if she could go by the Down East up in Salt Lake (they don't have this nice modest store in this sinful town that I live in...) to see if they had one there. Sure enough, they did for $34!
Ahhhh.... I'm a happy girl!

I've been in love with that JCrew dress for months.They had some really cute colors in the summer. And I don't think it's going on sale anytime soon...bummer. But it's amazing how similar the Down East dress is. Nice purchase!
