This is my not so medically sound opinion on how I think the chemo is going...
After one treatment this is what I've noticed:
- My itching is completely GONE!!! A few weeks after I was diagnosed I started itching really badly on my legs and feet. At first I thought that it was all in my head because I had read that itching is sometimes a sign of Hodgkin's. However... when I started waking up from a dead sleep 2-3 times a night with my feet itching out of control I didn't think that it was in my head anymore. It was horrible. I'd have to drug myself pretty good (meaning not with just benadryl ;)) in order to get any sleep. I'm so glad that is already gone!!!
- This lump in my neck is almost GONE!!! I can barely feel it anymore! If I'm looking for it then I can barely feel it behind my collar bone, but it has shrunk down a ton. That is really great!
Hopefully everything else is going well in there... I'll get another scan after my fourth treatment to see how it's going. The second treatment is tomorrow... nerves!

I'm glad you're seeing progress - along with the ICK!
Sounds good to me! You will be beautiful bald, I don't know how a face like yours could ever not be beautiful, and as for that little guy of yours...I think as long as you're still taking care of him and giving hugs he won't care much about your hair being gone.
Good luck Miss Meg! You'll be in my prayers today--and the next few days. I'm glad that you are feeling some progress. I'm sure it helps going into it today that it is actually doing more then causing the crazy side effects.
well that sounds like all good news. I think about you often and pray things keep going well.
hurray for the lump almost gone! that is awesome! and hurray for the itching gone! I can't imagine...but i'm sure it was horrible!
That is wonderful news! Isn't it amazing how quickly it works? I am so happy for you!
