Woke up... made a cake. I let Tru lick the beaters...
Then I gave him the bowl. What was I thinking? He was covered head to toe in cake batter... gave Tru a bath.
Had lunch with some friends. Mindy hosted a little luncheon at her house for me with some of my friends. Not everyone could make it and we missed those who couldn't be there, but it was a lot of fun to hang out and have a fun time! I wish I would have gotten a picture of all of us but I forgot! Thanks Mindy, Heidi and Crystal!
I made my own cake, because it's so good I had to share! I wont tell you what I wished for, but this wish is a pretty big one so I hope that it comes true... I love Tru's face in this picture.
Then I left Tru at Mindy's and went to meet my oncologist... more on that later.
Last night we finished the day off with a rousing game of... BINGO! I love playing bingo... sorry if you think that I'm a sinner for gambling, but it really is hilarious! That made my third time of playing bingo... and no I didn't win, but it was still super fun!
Thank you to everyone who called, text, e-mailed me yesterday. I really felt so loved the whole day and I'm so grateful to all the wonderful people in my life!

You just had to go and put the pictures of the beaters and the bowl your cake was in so now I can crave cake batter all day. :) LOL. I'm glad you had a good birthday despite the trip to the doctor. I love the picture of you and Tru with your birthday cake. You're right, his face is just adorable in it!
