I do like drives down long empty highways.... they are usually quiet and peaceful. The only complaint I really have are the semi's.... they scare me. They are just so big, and I get nervous being around them.
I guess my nervousness was valid... we were on one of those long highway trips and as we came up along side of a semi... his back tire blew up! And yes, it sounded like dynamite. I'm glad that Trent was driving and not me, because I'm sure I would have swerved the car and flipped us over or something... but the tread of the tire hit our poor little car and we ran over it. Thankfully the driver stopped and we were able to exchange some info... but now our car looks like it needs some major TLC. I'm just glad that the tire didn't come through the windshield or something.

Yikes! I'm glad that you guys are okay! Semi tires that blow-out are one of my driving fears after all the stories Jared's told me about them.

You know, I'm so happy you're okay! I am usually Speed Racer on the highway...but when there are semi's around...I totally slow way down and try to get as far away from them as possible...so scary...
Wow- I am glad you three are alright. Semis scare me to death. I had a bad experience once with one too and I don't know if I will ever get over my fear of them.
That is super scary! I have that same feeling around big semis too. I am glad that none of you were hurt!

Are you tired of looking in your closet at all your clothes but feeling like you have nothing to wear? I am!!
Normally, I just sigh and move on but today I have decided I want to do something about it.
How many of you would be interested in a clothes swap?
Maybe you have clothes that don't fit you anymore... or maybe the color just doesn't look good on you. Whatever the reason - if you have things you could do without but would like something to replace them with - then let's get together.
I am envisioning the following -
1) Each of us bringing our clothes that we are willing to get rid of
2) Quickly putting the clothes together by size/season
3) Browsing the clothes to find things you could use
4) Going home with a few new things for free!!!!
If you are at all interested email me back. I am not sure where we can hold such an event but I will iron out the details.
