I was hoping that this week would be a great week for one reason... usually when you are six weeks postpardum you get the good news that you can resume normal wonderful activities like swimming and exercising... I've been waiting what seems like forever for this week to come... six weeks is a long time to wait when you don't have a baby to take care of...
But... it was not in my cards this week. Instead I'm going to be having some surgery done today... bummer. I really just want this to be over with, so that I can start to move on with my life. I'm keeping my fingers double/triple crossed that this is the end of it...

What are you getting surgery for??
Good luck babe. I'll see you later.
I had a D&E(dialation and evacuation of the pregnancy) after I had Clayton to get the placenta out... and apparently there was some stuff that was missed and is still "up there". So today I have to have a D&C to get the rest... not fun.
Good luck! I hope you recover fast and can get back to the things you love to do soon.
Oh Meg...
Man, oh man. You are (going to be) one tough cookie.
I am so sorry.
Good luck with the surgery babe! You'll be fine, and recover quickly. Let us know if you need anything...
I hope everything goes quickly and smoothly... let us know if we can do anything for you :)
What a time you're having- I hope the surgery goes smoothly.
