I guess the novelty of filling my big glass vase for every holiday wore off after Christmas. Come Valentine's Day and the thought of making a million hearts to fill it... it was just not going to happen.
Over the weekend I decided to help bring in Spring I wanted to plant some succulents in there. I like it, it makes it feel fresh.
They're pretty. I once saw in a magazine a succulent wreath that you can hang on your door. It was really pretty and I've been wanting to make it but just haven't ever done so. I do like the idea of hurrying Spring along. This year especially I seem to be really eager for it to come.
Christina -Succulents are like cactus, they are in the same "family" so they don't take a lot of water. Hopefully that means that they are hard to kill ;).
