Cakes...
This month I've been taking a cake decorating class at Michael's. I'm no pro, that's for sure. But I've learned a lot of stuff so far and hopefully I will be able to make some cute stuff in the future. Here is mine and Mindy's first cakes...

I took the Michael's cake decorating class too! It was so much fun and it really teaches you some cool stuff. I love cake deocrating.

That is so cool you get to go to that class, when I lived in CA summer 06' for an internship and Paul was still in Hawaii. I went to Michael's a lot and so badly wanted to take that class. Because of my internship I wasn't able to, so I had to buy some books and teach myself. And that is the story of how I got into cake decorating. You'll now have to teach me a few things. So sad most of my pans, tip and colors are still in HI.
That's so cool! I never knew they offered that kind of thing. Do they have ovens and stuff there or do you bring the cake in?
And BTW, I eat cake with a spoon =o)

I know a lot of people taking cake decorating classes. Sounds and looks like a lot of fun! Maybe I should do it! :)
How fun. Niel wanted me to tell you that he eats cake with a spoon. His mission kind of turned him into a spoon guy. Apparently in the Philippines it's either a spoon or fingers!
