Handy Man...

Trent and his little helper taking down our table...

Trent is quiet the handy man. I'm so grateful that he is more than willing to fix all the little things that need fixing and that he does such a good job at it too. In the first two days that we were here, this is what Trent fixed...

- Re-installed the dishwasher because it was not installed properly in the first place (you couldn't shut the door, so it wasn't even usable).

- Leveled out the lopsided fridge.

- Found water damage under the sink in the kitchen with mold growing on the boards and cut them all out.

- Put in a new shower head in the master bath.

- Took out the old drain in the master bath because it was all rusted and rotted and gross looking. Put a new drain in.

- Fixed the sink fixture in the master bath so that it now has hot water.

- Changed out all of the locks on our doors.

- Broke into our storage shed that we didn't have a lock for and changed the lock on that. Now we just need to figure out how to make it so you can't break into the storage shed.

- Drilled hooks into the doors.

- Helped me paint our bedroom from top to bottom.

There were a few things that we couldn't do ourselves that we needed to get some outside help on, like the AC that wouldn't cool down lower than 85 degrees (not okay here) and a locksmith to help us get in our mailbox and make a new key. After writing out those checks I was so glad that we didn't have to add a plumber, another locksmith, and a painter on top of it.

I love you Trent! Thanks for taking such good care of us!!

Wow, that's amazing! He has always seemed like MacGyver or something. (That's really how you spell it. Weird.)
Nate is not so much of a handy man- although he tries. :) Don't tell him I said that.

That is so nice that Trent is such a handy man! Brady isn't so handy so if we need something fixed/repaired, we either have to beg family members or pay through the nose for it. I can't wait to see the finished products!
