Some of you have asked how buying the house is going....
Buying a foreclosure is a pain in the butt.
The bank that owns the house that we are trying to buy is the reason why it's such a pain in the butt.
We are "suppose" to close tomorrow.... the seller hasn't even signed the contract yet so we are nowhere NEAR being able to close.
We think that if this contract doesn't show up by tomorrow.... forget it. On to plan B, which we don't have yet...
Which means that I (since I'm the one with all the time to do this) need to find us an apartment that can do month to month by Wednesday, so that we can move in by Saturday, since we have to be out of this place by the end of the month...
That's how it's going.... so I guess we'll see what tomorrow has in store for us...

Sorry to hear about all of the hassles! Buying a house is such a pain in the butt! However, everything will work out how it should and you will end up living where you need to be.
I hope everything works out. Going through red tape is such a pain.
Any word on the house? Did you find an apartment?
um you think everyone would be excited about moivng into a house, but after reading this...i don't want to!
