Our Conversation...

Tru and I had a conversation last night and it went something like this….

Meg: Okay Tru, I want you to go to sleep and stay asleep until 7:00 a.m.
Tru: (Stares at me with big eyes, drool dripping off his chin.)
Meg: Okay, well I think that we need to shake on this.
Tru: (Pops his fist out of his mouth and shakes hands with mommy.)
Meg: Alright then, I’ll see you at 7, good night sweetheart….

Well, he tried really hard to keep up his end of the bargin, but he woke up once at 4….. then at 7. MUCH better than every hour on the hour. I waited two more days and he got a slight fever, so we started him on the wonderful pink medicine of my childhood dreams (I love that stuff!!!) Things are starting to get back to normal… Thanks for the words of encouragement!
