Tagged...

So my cute friend Crystal tagged me. Which is good because I wanted to post something today but was having a hard time thinking what. So here it goes...

What I was doing 10 years ago: Hmm... 10 years ago I was 14 and in the 9th grade. I was so boy crazy, even though I can't remember which boy I was crazy about at the time. I started a dance team at my junior high so after school I would teach dances to the team and we had a big performance, I'm pretty sure we sucked but it was fun. My mom was pregnant with my youngest little brother so I was trying to be a big help around the house for her.

What I was doing 5 years ago: This one is easy. Five years ago I was engaged to the hottest guy I know, Trent. We were about a month away from getting married so when I wasn't doing homework or going to class at SLCC I was making ornaments for the trees at the reception, sewing flower girl dresses or my wedding dress, and making out probably!!! This is also when I started to work for the downtown Salt Lake City library which was an awesome job that I miss.

One year ago: One year ago I was living in Hawaii. I had just graduated so I was working as the Admin. Asst. at the School of Education there which took up a ton of my time. I was also just called as the Relief Society President of my ward and starting to feel totally over worked because there were a million girls having babies that I was trying to help and keep tabs on. It was a busy time. One year ago was also when I found out that I had polycystic ovary syndrome and that was why I was having such a hard time getting pregnant and probably why I had a miscarriage. So this was a really hard time. I didn't know if we would ever be able to have kids without some major medical intervention. So that makes right now just that much sweeter that I now have my sweet little baby boy.

Yesterday: Okay, don't get mad at me everyone. Yesterday I was up in Salt Lake. We went up for the weekend so that we could buy a car and drive it back down (thanks A). So yesterday we were going around and trying to see a couple of people so that they could meet little Tru. Then we spent the rest of the day driving that long drive back to Las Vegas as quick as we could, given that we had to stop every 3 hours to feel the little chunker.

5 snacks I enjoy: Fruit Snacks, ice cream, anything with peanut butter, cheese, and fruit.

5 things I would do if I had $100 Million: Pay tithing, buy a house, buy some good cars, invest the rest.

5 places I would run away to: First would be to some nice cabin in the mountains away from everything. Next would be to the Big Island (love that place). I would run away to a spa, that would be nice. I would run away to my family, I miss hanging out with them (this includes Trent's family too). Last I would run away to Brighton, Utah, the love of my life.

5 TV shows I like: My favorite is The Biggest Loser (it's inspirational to me), Oprah, The Bachelor, Survivor, The View.

5 things I hate doing: I hate jumping in a cold swimming pool (or taking a cold shower), calling people on the phone I don't know, throwing up, making big decisions, hearing my baby cry.5 biggest joys of the moment: Having an absolutely amazing husband that is so supportive and understanding and makes my life so wonderful. Having this perfect and precious baby boy in my life. Being able to stay hime with my little man. Having great friends who I love, and not being pregnant anymore!!!!!!!
