Yesterday I had a few visitors outside while I was running on the treadmill inside. I guess they can't live without me for a whole 30 minutes... Kind of an uncomfortable time to be watched, you know, when you're almost going to collapse and all your fat is jiggling, and you're beet red in the face... not my finest moment for an audience, but it was cute anyway.
