One item that I got was the Freeze Dried Strawberries. Well, I almost didn't get the strawberries because they came when I was out of town so Trent got to them first. Sunday morning I was sleeping after a long weekend and Trent came in and woke me up because I just HAD to try these strawberries. So funny! They were really good! Very sweet and not too tart. Sorry... no pictures! We ate them too fast!
I also got some of the Cheese Blend which is a dried cheese powder that you can put in your meals. There was a recipe in the February issue of Real Simple for a healthy macaroni and cheese (healthy meaning packed full of cauliflower) that I wanted to try this out on.
I just replaced the call for real grated cheese with the powdered cheese. It mixed in pretty well... except for the cauliflower soaked it up and turned pretty orange. The end result...

It was really good! I couldn't tell that it was a powdered cheese instead of real grated cheese. I was really surprised how good it tasted. I'll have to think of some more recipes to try it out on.

She also sent me the Cansolidator Pantry can organizer. I was really excited about this one because I've been wanting to turn my hall closet into a pantry this year. I already had a shelf pretty full of cans so I decided to see how the cans fit into the cansolidator.
Before...

After...
Before the spaghetti cans were just tall enough that I couldn't double them on the shelves... wasting space. The shelf was pretty full, but with the cansolidator I fit in all the cans, they are all in order and separated, and I have space for about 15 more cans. It's nice that you can rotate your cans this way and cans don't get stuck on the back of the shelf and forgotten about.
There are lots of great items on their website. I like that this company gives you more options than the LDS Cannery. Items like Chocolate Drink Mix, eggs, Black Beans, and Bell Peppers to name a few. Items that you might want to have in your food storage for a few more options and flavors to add to the mix.
Have any of you tried anything from Shelf Reliance before? What did you like?

I think they're the same company that came to a Time Out for Women in our area a few months ago. They has some samples including strawberries. They are good! I need to get me some more. They'd be great in cereal.
