Meg and Sarah... BFF's...

I don't care to talk about politics here... at all. I do however plan on listening to my favorite radio shows today... Hannity, Rush, you know what I mean. I'm interested to hear what they have to say about all this.

I saw this picture though and thought that it was pretty interesting...

Regardless of how you feel and who you voted for... we have our first half black president...

As for me... I think that we might be moving to Alaska!!!!!

Just think... Sarah and I could be the best of friends. We could share glasses with each other... or at least go glasses shopping together.

We could hang out and do crafts while our husbands went and caught salmon.... or MOOSE!!! Then we could make all these yummy crock pot meals together!!! Trent would love to go hunting around Alaska!!! Todd would be the perfect hunting buddy I'm sure!

She might be busy sometimes, being Governor and all... so maybe I could just watch her kids... who by the way have the coolest names ever!!! Don't be too surprised if one of my future children is named either Willow, Bristol, Piper, Track or Trig... that is right up my alley... (we have talked about Piper before...) We have always talked about moving to Alaska... maybe now is the perfect time.

What??? You think that I'm living in dreamland??? Just remember what we learned in class today children... ANYTHING is possible...

This was funny. Ha ha... wait, are you serious? Are you possibly moving to Alaska? That's where Nate served his mission. He loved it. Of course.

Oh, I also meant to ask you something. I'm going to paint our living room and kitchen and I am TERRIFIED about choosing colors. I want both colors to be neutral-ish but there are so many to choose from. So how did you choose? Did you just hope for the best, or buy samples, or what? And was it hard to do a good job painting and did it all turn out ok? I'm scared. But excited at the same time.

Dale said today, 'Well it looks like we are moving.' Maybe will join you in Alaska. I don't know about the names though. I am more 'traditional'. I think they are great for you! Thanks for this morning's workout. I can still feel it.

Steve's first comment after they announced the final results was, "Well, guess we're moving out of the country." At least you guys are only considering Alaska, I think Steve wants something a little more drastic. I'm with you on Palin, though, she's my kind of woman. I want to be friends with her so we can take our kids to hockey practice together. Maybe we'll head to Canada, then we can sort of be neighbors. :)

I lived in Alaska for a summer and loved every minute of it! They have the most BEAUTIFUL country in the world and great people! Go for it! In a few years we might be running after you!
