I took Tru to the park yesterday for the first time ever!!! I'm so not the best mom in the west, considering this boy is almost 9 months old and it was his first park experience.... oh well. He loved the swing as long as he was holding on (notice the white knuckles). We had fun playing there for a little bit with the Wasdens. It was too hot though, way too hot. It's suppose to cool off.... to the low 100's this weekend. That's right, cool off!!!! All I can say is unless you live somewhere that "cool" is low 100's, there should be no complaining!!!
I bought this bright yellow shirt from Target the other day. I'm usually a white/brown/black/sometimes gray kind of shirt girl, so this was a stretch for me. And you know what? It totally brightened my day!!! I was in the best mood all day with my bright yellow shirt! Amazing how colors can totally change your mood! My hair is already to my shoulders so I think that I'm going to cut it again.

I need to cut mine, too. I cut it last week but she didn't cut it short enough. It's still past my shoulders. Any suggestions? Also, I found Jennica and Sharee's blogs. I linked them on my page if you want to check them out. They're both so cute!
i LOVE the yellow shirt. and isn't it amazing how fast your hair grows when it's short ... i'm trying to grow mine out and it's in one of those awkward, in-between stages. ugh.

Love the shirt and love the hair! Every time I see cute short hair on someone it makes me want to cut mine. And your little boy is absolutely adorable--I love the picture of him smiling in the swing.
