Happy Thanksgiving...

As I write this post I am sitting on a nice couch, smelling the turkey, surrounded by my cute sister in laws holding my baby. It's been wonderful. I was able to sleep until 8:30 am thanks to my cute husband who took care of the baby (I'm sure my sister in laws were enlisted too), and I was able to get up, eat breakfast, take a shower, and get completely ready before 10:00 am. That just doesn't happen any more.

And now my sister in laws are fighting over who gets to hold my cute little boy, who is wrapped like a burrito in his blanket so that he doesn't freeze in this frigid Utah weather. This is my kind of Thanksgiving.


I would like you all to know that I was successful in my pumping endeavors on the long drive up here, and yes Erin..... I too had a visual of the people passing me by seeing my exposed self being "milked" if you will. So I was courteous and did cover with a blanket. Sorry truck drivers, maybe you would get more of a show in the next car. But it made the drive a little less long being able to feed the boy and keep on driving.


I hope that you all have a great Thanksgiving and remember all of the things that you are thankful for that make your life so sweet! Today, I am thankful for my family, and my seven beautiful sister in laws who are holding my cute baby so that I can enjoy the turkey too!!
Speaking of turkey, I hope that you all look at this great picture and think of this ugly turkey who gave his life so that you could enjoy this holiday. (Julie and Kimberlee.... do you remember when we had a pet turkey? Just wondering!!!!)
